Telephone conferences are one of today's simplest and most convenient ways to quickly get in touch with customers, suppliers or partners. Regardless if the participants are in their offices, at home or even at the airport, you can start an ad hoc-meeting within minutes after the need arises with a mobile phone. Many others offer equivalent services packaged in various manners. – It's easy to get started. Every meeting chairman obtains a PIN-code that can be used around the clock, all year- round. If you do not call in yourselves, our professional operators can call the participants to the meeting. There is no charge for creating new users, booking new codes or calling support. With our code card, you always have  telephone meeting codes and links available.
 

Security

- This is tremendously important for us and our customers. We ensure that the customer's information channels are intact and that unauthorized persons do not access the telephone conferences or web meetings. The participants call in with a specific code and the meeting chairman with another. The participants are placed in a "waiting-room" until the chairman calls in with his/her code. After the meeting, the participants' codes are deactivated until the chairman call in again. The same applies to web meetings.

Performance 

- We always guarantee that there is room in our systems for your meetings. We have two different bridges in our facilities, where the one bridge is redundant and is used only for extremely heavy loads. We monitor our system carefully to guarantee the highest level of service and security.

- We offer English- language support around the clock. Your contact person is also available, of course, to answer questions during office hours.
